Effect: A fork is placed in your right pocket, then a spoon is placed in your left pocket. You explain to the spectator that you will magically cause them to change places. Explain to them that the spoon has now magically traveled to my right pocket and the spoon is now in my left! Now watch as they magically change places again. The audience of course thinks this is absurd and you do too. You of course reveal them to be in the position you started from. The spectators in spite of your clever acting and amazing Charisma don’t buy the fact that any magic has taken place.
You repeat this a few more times and finally reveal that the spoon and fork have really change places! Even though your hand never lets go of the spoon handle!
